iPad Promo - Terms and Conditions
- Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and resident in Australia.
- Employees of OzHosting.com Pty Ltd & its subsidiary companies and their agents and families are excluded from entry into the prize draw.
- Only one entry per person is allowed.
- Entry to the competition is free.
- To enter, a customer must purchase a product (Microsoft Exchange/Microsoft SharePoint) from one of our outbound sales staff or via the website, any sale made between June 1 – July 15 will be entered into the draw, campaign starts 1/6/2010. Entries must be received by 5pm, 31 July 2010. An independent person will make the draw and an independent observer will be in attendance. The draw will take place on 31st July 2010 at Level 4, 6-8 Underwood Street, Sydney NSW 2000 Australia, and winners will be notified via telephone 2nd August 2010. The winner will be published in an upcoming email broadcast. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt and OzHosting.com accepts no liability for entries lost in the submission process.
- Winners must agree to take part in any relevant promotional undertaken by OzHosting.com.
- The prize is a Apple iPad valued at $AU630. Cash alternatives are not available. The prize will be mailed or sent via courier to the winner’s specified address.
- The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence can be entered into.
- Entry into the draw implies your acceptance of these rules as final and legally binding.
