If a new team site group is created then the changes are automatically reflected in the distribution list for ease of collaboration with the users.
Using Documents on the Move
Using Hosted SharePoint Services, our Customers are able to synchronise with the Hosted SharePoint team site from Microsoft Office Outlook (if they have that service too), thus enabling the user to work on documents remotely and then re-synchronise them back with the Hosted SharePoint Services site to keep the rest of the team up to date.
E-Mail Notifications
Hosted SharePoint Services allow users to keep on top of projects by receiving an e-mail notification whenever an existing task is updated or a new task is assigned to another SharePoint user.
