Purchasing a SharePoint Subscription

1.    Navigate to https://my.ozhosting.com and Login
2.    Click New Subscription
 
3.    Select SharePoint Hosting and Click Choose Category
 
4.    Select a SharePoint Plan and Click Choose Service Plan
 
5.    Select a Subscription Period and Click Choose Period
 
6.    Confirm the Order Details and Click Place Order
 

Setting Up your SharePoint Subscription for the 1st Time

1.    Navigate to https://my.ozhosting.com and Login
2.    Click Hosting
 
3.    Click SharePoint
 
4.    Click Sites
 
5.    Click Add New Site
 
6.    Select a Domain to Add the SharePoint Subscription as and Click Next
 
7.    If no Existing Service Users are available Select New Service User and Click Next
 
8.    Create a Service User
 
9.    Set some Basic Configuration Options and Click Next
 

a.    Template: This cannot be changed once set.
b.    Storage Quota: Maximum amount of diskspace that the SharePoint Subscription can use. This includes Media, Database, Webpages and Logs
c.    Use exclusive application pool: Your SharePoint site will run in an Exclusive Application Pool

10.    Select a Notification Email Address and Click Next
 
11.    Confirm the SharePoint Site details and then Click Finish
 
12.    Your SharePoint Subscription will be provisioned within 10 minutes
 

Logging in for the First Time

1.    Navigate to https://my.ozhosting.com and Login
2.    Click Hosting
 
3.    Click SharePoint
 
4.    Click Sites
 
5.    You will now see a list of your SharePoint Sites
 
6.    Click on the Site you wish to Administer
 
7.    Click the Website URL Link
8.    Enter the Service User details that were first created when purchasing the Subscription
9.    Select a Template Design
 
10.    Setup Users, Groups and Owners of the Site
 
11.    Your SharePoint site is now ready to go
