What Causes the Error Message

This error is caused because ColdFusion can only run in a Classic Pool mode and your Subscription is configured to use an Integrated Pool mode.

How to Change Pool Mode

1.    Navigate to https://my.ozhosting.com and Login
2.    Click Hosting
 
3.    Click Webspace
 
4.    Click Website Configuration
 
5.    Click IIS Application Pool
 
6.    Check out which Pool mode your Subscription is using. If it is set to Integrated Click the Edit Button
 
7.    Select Classic
 
8.    Click Submit

This will change your Subscription to the Classic Pool mode and your site should be working within 10 minutes.
