How to Setup the Managed Exchange Mailbox in Apple Mail

1.    Open Apple Mail
2.    Open the Mail menu, then Preferences. Next select the Accounts tab and click the + button to add a new account
3.     Enter the Full Name that you want to be displayed when sending email
4.     Enter the Email Address you wish to add.
5.     Enter the Email Password.
6.     Uncheck Automatically set up account box
7.     Click Continue
8.     Select Exchange for the Account Type
a.     Description is not required
b.     Incoming Mail Server is outlook.ozhosting.com
c.     Username is the full email address
d.     Password should already be filled in, if not enter email password
e.     Outlook Web Access Server shall be outlook.ozhosting.com/exchange/email-address – Where email-address is the address for the account that you are setting up.
9.     Click Continue
10.    Outgoing Mail Server is smtp.ozhosting.com
11.    Select Use Authentication
12.     Username and password are the same as username and password entered for the Incoming Mail server settings.
13.     Click Continue
14.     Check the Take Account Online box
15.     Click the Create Button to complete the setup.
