What does this error message mean?
Error 0x8004010F indicates that your Outlook installation is encountering issues with downloading your Global Address Book.
How do I stop this error message from occurring?
Follow these steps:
1. Open Outlook on your computer
2. Select the Tools menu

3. Click Email Accounts

4. Click View or change existing e-mail accounts
5. Click Next
6. In the Outlook processes e-mail for these accounts in the following order list, click the Exchange Server email account and then click Change
7. Under Microsoft Exchange Server, clear the Use Cached Mode checkbox

8. Click Next
9. Click Finish
10. Shut down Outlook
You will need to restart Outlook and it should create the Global Address Book and this error message should not appear again. Once created you can change back to using Cached Exchange Mode.
