Checking the Individual Mailbox Quota Usage

1.    Navigate to https://my.ozhosting.com
2.    Click Hosting
3.    Click Exchange
4.    Click Mailboxes
 
5.    Check the Size Column. This will display how much Quota is being used in Data Total and as a percentage of the Limit
 
Checking the Total Mail Quota Usage
1.    Navigate to https://my.ozhosting.com
2.    Click Hosting
3.    Click Exchange
4.    Click Storage Usage Report
 
5.    The Report is split into three sections
a.    Summary – includes Mailbox size and Public Folders Size
 
b.    Mailboxes – details regarding any Mailboxes that have been setup
 
c.    Public Folders – details regarding any Public Folders that have been setup
