Accessing the Billing Section
1. Navigate to https://my.ozhosting.com and Login 2. Click Billing 3. You should now be viewing a page like this
Ordering a New Subscription
To Order a New Subscription 1. Click New Subscription 2. Select a Category and Click Choose Category 3. Select a Service Plan and Click Choose Service Plan 4. Select a Subscription Duration and Click Choose Period 5. Confirm the Order Details and Click Place Order 6. If you want Additional Resources Click the Order Additional Resources button before Clicking Place Order
Purchasing Addition Resources for an Existing Subscription
To Purchase Additional Resources 1. Click Buy Additional Resource 2. Click on the Subscription to add the Additional Resources to 3. Click a Category. These options will vary depending on which Subscription you selected as not all options can be added to each Subscription 4. Clicking the Resource Type will bring up a page with the Resource details and costing. To purchase Click Buy Resource 5. Enter the Amount of the Resource that you wish to Purchase and Click Next 6. Confirm the details and then Click Place Order
Modify an Existing Subscription Period
To Modify the Current Subscription Period 1. Click Change Subscription Plan 2. Click a Subscription to Modify 3. Select the Current Subscription Plan and Click Choose Service Plan 4. Select when to Start the New Subscription Period and a New Subscription Period and Click Select Period 5. Confirm the Order Details and Click place Order
Renew an Existing Subscription
To Renew an Existing Subscription 1. Click Renew Subscription 2. Select the Subscription to Renew and Click the Renew button 3. Select a Subscription Period to Renew for and Click Renew 4. Confirm the Order details and Click Place Order
Cancel an Existing Subscription
To cancel a Subscription 1. Click on My Subscriptions 2. Click on an Active Subscription 3. Click Cancel Subscription 4. Fill in the requested information a. Reason Code b. Comment must be entered
5. Click Cancel Subscription 6. A Cancellation order will be placed
